Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we're here to help. Please note that certain items, such as food products, are non-returnable as indicated on our site.
For eligible returns, we accept items within 30 business days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. For furniture, this means unassembled, if applicable. Please ensure you have valid proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our Returns Department at (866) 559-2233 or email us at info@esupplycanada.ca to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without an RGA number.
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
You are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery, as you bear the risk of loss during shipment. Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that products impacted by events like viral outbreaks or other extreme circumstances cannot be returned once shipped and billed.
Your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees or other charges, will be credited to the original payment method used.
Important: Items marked as non-returnable on our site are not eligible for refunds.
